Parkrun Milestones for Val and Ted
Val and Ted reached Parkrun milestones today.

Running at the Falkirk Parkrun today, accompanied by 12 other runners from Lothian Running Club Ted clocked up his 100th Parkrun. He was closely followed by Val who completed her 50th Parkrun. The Christmas day run had a Santa theme!
